Just finished Bared To You and loved it! I heard it was comparable to Fifty Shades and it definitely was. I was a bit depressed when I was done with Fifty Shades and was so happy when I found out Bared To You was alot like it. Well now I am done with it and was wondering what other books are like those?
Well you can have a look at Maryse's what to read after 50 list. There is some interesting books on there. After I finished 50 and Bared to you I read Easy and Sempre which is nothing like the other two but was very good nonetheless.
Here is my "What to Read After Fifty Shades" list (my own recommendations, and reader recommendations, too): http://www.maryse.net/books/el-james/what-to-read-after-fifty-shades.html
I just finished the latest book in Kallypso Masters "Master at Arms" series, and they are very good IMHO. Hot, alpha ex military men that start their own BDSM club when they get out of the military. You do have to start at the beginning and read in order because they definietely build upon each other. I really enjoyed them though and am really looking forward to the next installment.
Hey there, i loved Bared to you and of course fifty! I also quite liked Sadie Matthews 'Fire after Dark'. I just finished a great book by an indie author -RJ Simpkin, its called Made From Greater Stone x its FREE too on Wattpad,I can't wait for book two to come out! Totally addictive! I have just started Kitty French books x Would love to hear what you guys are reading?
Funny, I loved loved Bared to you and loved Reflected in you My favs after Bared and Fifty have been: Undeniable (Sheehan) First Thing I See (Keeland) Hopeless (Hoover) This Man (Malpas) Happy Reading!
I cannot wait for Entwined in you!!! After" Bared to you" and "Reflected in you" i would absolutely, without a doubt suggest " Captive in the Dark" and Seduced in the Dark" and also " Consequences" and "Truth" Those are definitely in my favorite reads. Kyla, thank you for the suggestions, i will look up "Undeniable" and "First thing I see" Haven't had the pleasure of reading those yet.
Catherine, I just started Consequences last night...I read about 10 pages and got turned off...should I persevere and there is a change in the type of story...not loving the beginning story, although it was well written. Thanks!
I read these as well and thought they were good. I really liked the characters and they stuck with me. Can't wait for the next one!
You should check out Up in the Air series by R K Lilley. Awesome series. http://www.goodreads.com/series/90780-up-in-the-air
Love this thread!! I became a sucker for anything Fifty Shades after reading the series, and I'M LOVING that everyone is sharing their recommendations! I have to agree with Kyla for the THIS MAN, loved this series, similar to fifty shades, but there is something that just blew me aways, especially in the second book. The Blackstone Affair - ETHAN WHY CAN'T HE BE REAL ?! :-( by Raine Miller Beauty from Pain by Georgie Cates [similar in concept with the contract and agreement] As Knotgrace mentioned the Up in the Air Series - I wasn't crazy about this series but I will admit I loved the last book in the series kept true to the BDSM theme throughout all the novels. A little different [at least for me as in not the super controlling alpha male there still is but maybe not as much as fifty and bared] Collide by Gail Mchugh Disastrous by E.L Montes - I read this books solely because it involved the aspect of law but so much happens that at the end you are left wondering what can these two characters possible be put through next? These are my reconmmendations of what to read after Fifty and Bared! Enjoy! And thank you for the other recommendations
Some of my favorites afte Fifty Shades and the Crossfire Novels like some others: Jodi Ellen Malpas - This Man Trilogy (can't wait for the last one!!!) RK Lilley - Up in the Air
